Buyer: Guardian Storage Solutions, Pittsburgh

Details: Two Lock-Up Storage Centers, with Cranberry having 511 storage units and North Huntingdon, 411 storage units.

Comment: ?Bridge Construction built our local storage units, and decided to sell these two to us, giving us locations in areas we did not previously have,? said Steven H. Cohen, Guardian owner/president.

$3.9 million

Property sold: 610 Alpha Dr., RIDC Park, O?Hara

Seller: Regional Industrial Development Corp., Pittsburgh

Buyer: Penhurst Realty II LP, a unit of Tsudis Chocolate Co., Pittsburgh

Details: Acquired building it has occupied, following receipt of a $1.56 million loan from Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority, which allowed Tsudis to reconfigure space for expansion, hire 75 employees for a total of 275.

Comment: ?Tsudis Chocolate had been leasing the building and decided to buy it, and make some improvements as it expands its operation there,? said Don Smith, Jr., RIDC president.

Property sold: 150 Lake Dr., McCandless

Seller: Frank and Virginia Pelly, Pittsburgh

Buyer: Lake Drive Realty Partners LLC, Pittsburgh

Details: Two-story, 26,650-square-foot building, 90 percent leased.

Comment: ?A group of local investors purchased the building as an investment, and I still have 6,400 square feet available for lease,? said Jessica Jarosz of Colliers International/Pittsburgh who worked with Paul Fedorko of Marcus & Millichap?s Pittsburgh office who represented the seller.

Suspect in custody in firebombing of Arizona federal building

PHOENIX (Reuters) - A firebomb exploded on Friday outside a federal office building in southern Arizona, causing minor damage and prompting an evacuation of the facility, but no injuries were reported, authorities said.

Police arrested a man suspected of setting off the blast, which occurred at about 8:30 a.m. local time (1530 GMT) behind the Social Security Administration building in downtown Casa Grande, a small city about 50 miles south of Phoenix, a source close to the investigation told Reuters.

The suspect, who faces an array of state and federal charges, was detained after he was pulled over while driving, said the source.

"They caught up to a lone individual on a traffic stop in a car, and he was subsequently taken into custody," said the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss details of the case publicly.

The firebomb went off near a rear doorway to the building, and flames from the blast were quickly extinguished, Casa Grande Fire Marshal Barbara Rice said.

She said an unknown number of workers were ordered out of their offices as a precaution, and the building was cordoned off for investigation. No one was hurt, Rice said.

The flammable substance used in the bomb had yet to be determined but could have been gasoline, according to the source. It was not immediately clear how the device was detonated.

Local television news footage of the aftermath showed the frame of the metal security door blackened by the blast and fire.

The FBI was leading a probe of the incident, since it occurred at a federal building, assisted by investigators from the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and local law enforcement.

When asked if he could confirm the arrest of a suspect, an FBI spokesman declined to comment.

'Dumb Ways to Die' video very alive on YouTube

A cartoon public safety video has taken YouTube by storm.

A Melbourne Metro public safety announcement has taken the Internet by storm. "Dumb Ways to Die" snagged the top spot on Visible Measure's Viral Video Ads chart, a measurement of online video views, with 18 million views, twice the number of the second-place video, "LeBron's Day" from Samsung.

"Dumb" is an understatement. Paired with a catchy jingle, animated characters die in the video in various ways, including taking their helmets off in outer space, poking grizzly bears and getting asphyxiated in a dryer. The campaign got its own website,?Tumblr blog?with animated gifs and a YouTube channel, along with radio and TV spots ? all this to remind Melbourne drivers to stay off the Metro tracks.?

Other popular ad videos included Rovio's "Angry Birds Star Wars," Nintendo's "Wii U" and a second video by Samsung, "Overly Attached Computer."
