Classic cars drive the London Brighton through classic British weather

The annual London to Brighton Veteran Car Run saw the drivers of more than 500 classic vehicles brave dreadful weather yesterday, with a 1904 Aster, pictured left, among those negotiating the streets of the capital alongside more modern traffic. The cars, all dating from before 1905, covered a 60-mile route from Hyde Park to the Sussex coast.
